He is survived by: his children, Kathy McCluskey (Scott) of Oxford, MS, Karen Tucker (Tommy) of Hueytown, AL and James Andrew Boyet (Katie) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his grandchildren, James McNeely, Jeffrey McNeely, Morgan McNeely, Mandy Hodgson, Courtney Barnes, E. J. Boyet, Gideon Boyet, Josiah Boyet and Olivia Fortenberry; and his children, Memphis and Shriners. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Mr. Boyet's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 and Shriners Children's Hospital, Processing Center, P.O. Box 863765, Orlando, FL 32886.
