He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Carter of Ringgold, LA; his children, Kristopher Carter (Megan) of Bossier City, LA, Robby Davidson (Barbara) of Graham, WA, Stacy Beltran (Tirso) of Marshall, AR, Jennifer Williams (Stacey) of Odenton, MD and Sandra Davidson of Bossier City, LA; and his siblings, Michael Carter (Debbie) of Bossier City, LA, Ricky Carter (Virginia) of Doyline, LA, Betty Fricke and Karla Ruiz of Minden, LA. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and a number of other relatives and friends.
