Smith; her sons, Jackie Lamon Smith and Shannon "Butch" Elmer Smith; her grandchildren, Aimie Daniel and Allen Salter; and her siblings, Addis Blake, Louise Day, Hollis Blake, Vance Blake, Ruth Blake, Una Faye Blake, Clarence Blake, Wilbur Gene Blake, Willie Reed Blake and Marjorie Guin.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Holden of Bossier City, Donna Hadwin (Aubrey) of Ringgold, LaWana Chandler of Haughton and Rodney Smith (Julie) of Plain Dealing; and her grandchildren, Shawn Williams, Samantha Stanley, Reese Daniel, Dodie Kincaid, Emmitt "Bud" Sangster, Cathy Franks, Sabrina Chandler, Blake Smith, Erin Smith and Audrey Smith. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
