With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert B. Scott Sr. of Ringgold, Louisiana, who passed away on March 17, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Lilla Bayne Scott; his wife Margaret Felton of Shreveport; his father Claude Henry Scott; and his siblings, Mildred Scott Thomas, Sue Ellen Scott Morrow, Claude Henry Scott and Leroy Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Nolte (David), Robert Scott, Jr. (Lee Ann Gibson), Mary Sue Boggs (Larry), John Paul Scott (Tammy) and Claude "Scotty" Scott (Valerie); and his grandchildren, Samantha Shepard, Holly Scott, Kamie DeLeo, Amanda Young, Levi Scott, Taylor Boggs, Alyssa Scott, Madison Dempster, Abigail Scott, Elijah Scott, Faith Scott and Claire Scott. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rockett Funeral Home Chapel (2438 Military Rd, Ringgold, LA 71068). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
