He is survived by: his wife Janice Howell Sprawls of Ringgold, LA; his son Paul Allen Sprawls of Russellville, AR; his stepdaughter Barbara Cox (Dennis) of Ringgold, LA; his stepgrandchildren, Desiree Luna, David J. Thomas and Sadie Wilson; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kimberly, Julio, Natalie, Chloe, Julie, Marissa and Desi Luna; his cousins, Audrey Tingle and Wanda Clifton (Jerry); and also, Shelly Gerlach, Joni Clifton and Boots Clifton.
