He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Franklin and Susie Franklin; his wife Margie; and his son Phillip Franklin. He is survived by: his children, Paul D. Franklin (Barbara) and Ginger Hoffmann (Lamont). He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

It is requested that masks be worn at the service and social distancing observed.
