She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Palmer and Velma Jackson Palmer; and her children, Orlando Cortez Knox and Barbara Annette Palmer. She is survived by: her husband Leon Knox; her children, Billy Palmer (Earnibell), Angela Moore (James), Sandra Gray (Elliot), Gloria Nelson (Tracy), Christopher Knox (Lemeka), Lamarcus Palmer (Jeanna), Williams Palmer (Krystal), Dichelle Knox (Daryl) and Michael Palmer; and her siblings, Janny Hampton, Shirley Jones, Sally Palmer, Will Palmer, Jr. and Willene Blow. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
