He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawsie Elliott and Nora Kavanaugh Elliott; his wife Shirley Wiggins Elliott; and his sister Patricia Graham. He is survived by: his brother Gary Elliott (Sharon) of Atlanta; his children, Mark Elliott of Bossier City, Lisa Elliott Williams (Vernon) of Shreveport and Lori Elliott Page (Chris) of Conway; and his grandchildren, Marcella Moss of Houston, Madelyn Elliott of Shreveport, James Page of Conway and Emma Page of Auburn. He is also survived by his family, friends.
