He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Shockley and Margie Preuett Shockley; his daughter Katie Lynette Shockley; and his brothers, Lawrence Shockley and Bill Shockley.
He is survived by: his daughter Krista; his siblings, Gayla Mitchell of Elm Grove, Jim Shockley (Debra) of Shreveport, LA and Mike Shockley; and his nieces and nephews, Tiffany (Randy), Joe (Chasity), Bradley, Kyndal, Ashley, Shea, Logan, Lexi, Kambree and Erin.
The family asked in Lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Jude In honor of Katie Shockley.
