He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Self; his children, Katrina Wolff (Glenn), Curvin O. Self, Jr. (Bonnie), Janet Bujko (Michel), Keith Self and Kevin Self (Tonya); his stepchildren, Pamela Smith (Joe) and Robert E. Bryan (CeCelia); his brother Sanford Self; his grandchildren, Brielle, Joshua, Abigail, Emma, JonMichael, Justin, Corrinn, Garrett, Grant, JoJo (Keri), Jacob, Brook (Tyler), Erica Millet (Rhett), Joseph (Kimberly), Patrick (Ashley), Heather, Kyle, Anastasia and Kathleen; and his great grandchildren, Katie Bell, Olivia, Mavrick, Brayden, Jackson and Russell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kilpatrick Funeral Home (1321 N 7th St, West Monroe, LA 71291). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
