He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert Boulet and Eugenie "Ann" Boulet; and his brother Kenneth Lee Boulet. He is survived by: his children, Maureen Elizabeth Boulet and Samuel Robert Boulet; and his siblings, Keith, Leonard "Lenny", Patricia (Kim) and Beth.

The family requests that memorial donations be made payable to the SLHS Class of 1977 with memo "John and Mary Rabb Memorial HOPE Scholarship Fund" and mail to SL Class of 1977, 5513 West Ave. A, Cut Off, LA 70345.
