He was predeceased by: his brothers, James "Cutter" Perkins and Edward Mullen. He is survived by: his parents, Walter F. Wade and Stella Nicklebough Wade; his siblings, Jeanetta Ange (Charles), Walter Wade, Jr. (Danielle), Annie Wade and Loretta Wade; and his fiancée Rhonda Feet. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
