She was predeceased by: her parents, Altee Bethley and Ophelia Bethley; her siblings, Altee Bethley Jr. and Emma Gilmore; her grandparents, Ernestine Sarah and Shirley Ben; her aunts and uncles, Odile, Genieve, Ernestine, Annie, Antoinette Sarah, Thomas and Morris Sarah; her grandchildren, Chiquilla, Candice Cooks, Cordell Harris, Ryan Harris and Martel Cook; her stepdaughter Juanee Washington; and her godson Alvin Williams.

She is survived by: her children, Billy Cook (Kathy), Bobby Cook (Brenda), Fred Cook (Cynthia), Donna Richardson (Lionel), Tommie Cooks (Danette), Veronica Johnson (Nathaniel) and Kimberly Austin (Khalif) of Jerry's Baby; her cousins, Deloris Woods and Lawrence Sarah; and her goddaughter Arleisha Hills. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren, 10 great, great grandchildren.
