He is survived by: his wife Donna Michelle Farrell; his children, Rhiannon and Chaz Farrell; the mother of his children Maria Perez; his stepchildren, Sarah, Lauren and Jonathan Clark; his mother Edna Berlin; his siblings, Dwight Berlin (Anna), Gary Hodnett (Robynn) and Bridgett Guaraggi; and his friend Brian Mahoney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
