It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Villeret Jr. of Reserve, Louisiana, born in Vacherie, Louisiana, who passed away on March 24, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Cortez Villeret and Alvin Villeret, Sr.; his brother Timothy Villeret (Tammy); and his father-in-law Edwin "Shot" Scioneaux. He is survived by: his spouse Janel Scioneaux Villeret; his son Jared Villeret; his brother Michael Villeret (Kitty); his mother-in-law Betty LeBlanc Scioneaux; and his siblings-in-law, Adeline Scioneaux, Kay Kay Scioneaux LeBlanc (Lee) and Perry Scioneaux (Kim). He is also survived by canine companion, "Tippie" and his many godchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
