He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldred Parker and Mammie Parker; and his brother Robert Earl Parker. He is survived by: his wife Betty Parker of Start, LA; his siblings, Patricia Marshall (George) and Ray Parker (Liz) of West Monroe, LA; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Parker of Houston, TX and Wayland Colvin (Linda). He is also survived by nephews; 25-great nieces and nephews; 16-great-great nieces and nephews.
