He was predeceased by: his brother James L. Boren; and his daughter Donna Marie Boren. He is survived by: his wife Frances Boren of Rayville; his children, Janet Caston (Mike) of Rayville and Walter Boren, Jr. of Downsville; his grandsons, Justin Boren of Calhoun, Jacob Boren of Downsville, Tyler Boren of Downsville and Spencer Caston of Rayville; and his sister Lucy Manning of Calhoun. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
