He was predeceased by: his parents, James Parks and Etoy Parks; his brother James Allen Parks; his sisters-in-law, Linda Parks and Joy Parks; and his nephew Keith Parks.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Parks of Rayville; and his brothers, Henry Parks (Laverne) of Winnsboro, Ed Parks (Marie) of Gilbert, Raymond Parks (Gail) of Winnsboro and Mike Parks (Nancy) of West Monroe.
