He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Hagood and Avel Hagood. He is survived by: his daughter Christina Dyess (Heath "B. B.") of Pioneer; his grandchildren, Harley Dyess of Pioneer, Haley Dyess of Pioneer and Remington Dyess of Pioneer; and his siblings, Mary Moore (Louis) of Rayville, Annie Grissom (Steve) of Rayville, Mack Hagood (Nelda Sue) of Rayville, Buddy Hagood of Delhi, Bobby Hagood of Rayville and Raymond Hagood of Baton Rouge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
