He is survived by: his wife Linda Ivy of Rayville; his children, Anunda Montez of Start, Anthony Ivy (Shannon) of Tulsa, OK, Patrick Ivy (Elizabeth) of Monroe, Shelly Ivy of Rayville and Christopher Ivy (Sarah) of Delhi; and his brothers, Clarence Ivy of Oak Ridge, Roger (Barbara) of Rayville and Douglas Ivy (Vickie) of Lewisburg, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
