He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna Kaye DelRio; his parents, Martin Weir and Mary Weir; his siblings, Florence Hamilton, Lorriane Johnson, Chester "Chibby" Weir and Martin "Lefty" Weir, Jr.; and his aunt Rose Parks.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brown Weir; his daughters, Vickie Lynn Ray (Eddie), Tammy Renee Fife (Bryan) and Wendy Nicole Donald (Jason); his son-in-law Terry DelRio; and his brother-in-law James Brown. He is also survived by grandchildren; 2-great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
