She is survived by: her husband Frank Henry Rice; her daughter Amanda Whatley Miller; her son-in-law Justin; her grandchildren, Reagan Alane Power, Marisa Lynn Power, William Ford Power and Macon Payne Miller; her brothers-in-law, Smokey Whatley (Tina), Larry Whatley (Renee), Tony Whatley (Charlotte) and Quince Whatley (Chrissie); her nieces and nephews, Tom Raborn (Paula), Scott Raborn (Jamie), Jonathan Raborn (Mariana), Terri Watts (Harold), Summer Jean Whatley, Adam Whatley (Carly), Anna Whatley, Olivia Huffstetler (Scott), John Marshall Whatley (Aimee), Megan Chappell (Andy), Chloe Jones (Joshua), Joseph Tyler Whatley (Megan), Michael Whatley (Maddison), Ryan Whatley (Jake), Kylie Clark and Kade Clark (Malorie); and her cousins, Sandra Bagbey Johnston (Charles) and Tonya Vaughn Bagbey (Richard). She is also survived by sister and aunt, who always put her family.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Boeuf River Baptist Church (11 Trio Rd, Rayville, LA 71269). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
