He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Morris Parks; his daughter Vickey Elaine Parks; and his parents, Hiram Parks and Daisy Parks. He is survived by: his children, Leonard "Butch" Parks, Jr. (Gena) of San Antonio, TX, Terri Parks Isbell (James) of Trophy Club, TX, David Parks of Rayville, LA and April Sunshine Parks of Rayville, LA. He is also survived by grandchildren; and numerous other brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
