We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2018, at the age of 57, Leonard Belcher (Rayville, Louisiana), born in Albany, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Glenda Usita Belcher of Rayville; his mother Delores McCullough Belcher of Rayville; and his brothers, Wade Belcher (Lori) of Pelham, AL and Wynn Belcher (Diana) of Mobile, AL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Rayville.
