He is survived by: his wife Betty Joe White Whitstine of Rayville; his sons, Mark S. Whitstine of Rayville and Danny Whitstine (Laurie) of Rayville; and his siblings, Lillie Mae Ragland, Elizabeth Ann Elam and Carl Whitstine.
