She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Vernon Freeland; her sisters, Nelda Forrester, Evelyn Dorman and Virginia Bowman; and her parents, Jesse Killen and Ethel Killen.
She is survived by: her daughter Martha Ann Wallace (Les) of Downsville, LA; her granddaughters, Christina Cox of West Monroe, LA and Leisa Hill (Chess) of West Monroe, LA; her great grandchildren, Madison Magee (Luke), Kennedy Henry (Trevor), Connor Hill (Madelyn Graham), Olivia Hill, Brody Cox, Scarlett Hill and Harrison Hill; her great great grandchildren, Kollyns Magee and Beckett Magee; and her siblings, Joyce Posey, Mary Killen, Durryl Killen, Jim (Mary Killen) and Jessie (Kathy Killen). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown-Holley Funeral Home (603 Francis St, Rayville, LA 71269). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
