He is survived by: his wife Virginia Morris Mills of Rayville; his son Cliff Mills (Kim) of Rayville; his sister Francis Coenen of Monroe; his grandchildren, Pete Jacobs, Sara Jacobs, Ryan Wilkerson (Kay Lynne), Bridget Hosea (Tyler), Andrew Mills (Hope), Cole Mills, Kylie Mills, Caroline Mills and Connor Mills; and his great grandchildren, Avari Jacobs, Mason Mills Hosea, Sonny Kyle Mills and Madelyn Palmer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
