He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Martin Stell of Rayville; his children, Bonnie Stell Parker (Jimmy Dale) of Winnsboro and Wesley Sherman Stell of West Monroe; his granddaughters, Courtney and Mandy Parker; and his sisters, Amanda Stell Barry (Jim) of Monroe and Mary Evelyn Tittle (Phil) of Centerville, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
