He was predeceased by: his parents, William Watson and Hattie Kerr Cook. He is survived by: his wife Tommie Cook of Rayville; his son Douglas Cook (Donna) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Levi Douglas Cook, Audera Layne Roland and Frank Maxwell Cook; and his siblings, Armilda Beard of Maryland, Francis Ford of Springhill, LA and Tom Cook of Jonesboro, LA.
