He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hudson and Loreta Hudson; his sister Sharon Hudson; his former wife Shirley Mae Doucet Hudson; and his son Kenny Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Laverne Cox Hudson; his siblings, Norward Hudson (Pat) and Dot Jordan (Jim); his cousin Doug Hudson (Marilyn); his children, Tim Hudson (Angela), Dawn Conques (David), Lynn Warner (Chris), Becky Hudson, Raymond Cox, Valarie J. Cox and Scott D. Cox; and his grandchildren, Clayton, Lance Lemmons, Chris Hudson, Steve Smith, Nick Cox Chin, Beau, Cullen Sturgis, Landon and Olivia Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
