He is survived by: his wife Leslie of Rayville; his children, Shane Burgess of Rayville, Sidney Burgess of Rayville and Skyler Burgess of Rayville; his parents, Tommy Hales Burgess (Dolly) of Archibald and Linda Lazos (Bobby) of Rayville; his siblings, Jeff Burgess (Candy) of Archibald and Rachelle Powell (Brad) of Corinth, TX; and his aunts, Mary Watson (Fred), Sybil Brown, Marie Clark (Jim) and Silk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
