He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Dee and Bessie Simpson Perritt; and his brothers, Ross Perritt of Arcadia and Willis Perritt of Arcadia. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Perritt of Rayville; his children, Cynthia Mix of Rayville, Rebecca Ahrens (Andrew) of Lafayette, Wayne Perritt (Monique) of Winnsboro, Michael Perritt (Kristi) of Covington and Amy Kathleen Smith (Michael) of Shreveport; his grandchildren, Sarah Michael Montreuil (Justin), Laura Laine Ahrens, Mary Drew Ahrens, Elise Perritt, Connor Perritt, Justin Michael Perritt, Wyatt Allen Perritt, Luke Smith, Max Henry Smith and Anderson Smith; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Perritt and Hilda Perritt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
