He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Foster of Mer Rouge, LA; his children, Karen Yates of Mer Rouge, LA and James Foster (Elizabeth) of New Concord, KY; his grandchildren, Clayton Brumley, Crystal Caldwell, Joseph Foster, Jessi Baker and Tori Foster; and his siblings, Joseph Dean Foster and Dollie Sellers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
