He is survived by: his wife Glenda Bozeman Howard; his sister Edna Cardin (George); and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Wallace, Shauna Compton (Leo), Michele Reeves (Corby), Chuck Frith (Nga), Matt Cardin and Tim Cardin (Nicole). He is also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews and many special friends.
