She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smith and Ollie Smith; her great grandchild Brize Coston; and her sons, Shane Faughn and Carry Faughn.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Chris Herrington, Chase Faughn, Shane Faughn, Shana Faughn, Fly Jones, Cody Zeagler and Bo Herrington; her great grandchildren, Madison Herrington, Mason Harrison, Daniel Morgan, Audrey Mock, Jesse Herrington, Lane Faughn, Colwyn Faughn, Jenna Faughn, Colt Wisenor, Maverick Cunningham and Jordyn Barnett; and her siblings, Janice Stutts and Tony Smith (Cholette). She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.
