She was predeceased by: her parents, Susie Cook Cass and Clyde Cass; her son Douglas Clayton; and her granddaughter Susan Barron. She is survived by: her husband Howard Clayton; her daughters, Cheryl Clayton King (Mark) and Barbara Clayton Keegan (Ron); her granddaughters, Melissa King and Kimberly Barron; and her great grandchild Ashley Moore.
