David Paul Colson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Paul Colson of Rayville, Louisiana, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon D. Colson and Ina Claire Hewitt Colson; and his grandparents, Leon John Colson, Myrtle E Young Kraeer, James N. Hewitt and Ruby I. Knowles Hewitt.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Colson; his children, Anthony Colson (Heidi), Jessica Landau (Michael), Theresa Correa (Brandon) and Jessie Perry; his grandchildren, Seth Martinez, Josiah Colson, Zoe Perry, Kiera McLendon, Luke Elijah, Johnathan Colson, David P. Colson II and Illana Marjorie; and his siblings, April Colson Gardner (Sam), Steven Colson (Christy), Jeff Colson, Scott Colson (Emily) and Dawn Pickel (Harvey). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
