He is survived by: his wife Tara Maddox of Start, LA; his children, Shelby Maddox (Grace) of Start, LA, Rachael Nance (Ben) of Start, LA, Jackson Maddox (Catherine) of Start, LA, Gareth Maddox of Start, LA, Bronwen Maddox of Start, LA and Jude Maddox of Start, LA; his grandchildren, Shelby Eric Maddox and Gwenhwyfar Maddox; his sister Janet Furman (Stephen); and his father Richard Dale Maddox. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
