He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mann Talley of Rayville, Louisiana; his daughter Tracie; his son-in-law Billy Beckham of West Monroe, Louisiana; his daughter Tabitha; his son-in-law Heath Hendon of West Monroe, Louisiana; his daughter Teasha; his son-in-law Heath Smith of West Monroe, Louisiana; his daughter Tiphini; his son-in-law Shane Montgomery of Bonita, Louisiana; his son Shane; his daughter-in-law Kim Winfrey of Calhoun, Louisiana; his sister Faye Talley Martin; his brother-in-law Richard Martin of Bastrop, Louisiana; his brother Don; his sister-in-law Nanella Talley of Rayville, Louisiana; his siblings, Carol Jean Talley of Shreveport, Louisiana and Michael Talley of Shreveport, Louisiana; his mother-in-law Georgie Mann of Rayville, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Storm Gaston (Renae), Trace Marie Martin, Diesel Martin, Holland Hendon, Montgomeri Hendon, Hayden Smith, Kaylee Smith, Holden Coleman, Harley Frith (Devin), Halee Coleman, Landon Hall (Destiny), Gage, Alexis Jones and Loela Winfrey. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
