He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fortenberry and Odell Fortenberry. He is survived by: his wife Vada Fortenberry of Rayville; his stepson William McIntosh (Pam) of Hamburg, AR; and his siblings, Patricia Cornwell of Rayville and James Fortenberry (June) of Newellton. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
