He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Mullins and Janice Mullins; his brothers, Bobby Jack (Susie) and James Todd (Debbie); his half-sister Teresa Stewart; his nieces and nephews, Sarah Mullins, Katie Landreneau (Aaron), Lee Mullins (Beth Ann) and Josie Mullins; his great-niece Sadie Landreneau; and his cousin Ben Johnson.
