With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shelby Thibodeaux of Rayne, Louisiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Shelby left this world on April 3, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Wilton Thibodeaux; and her parents, Eries Terro and Inez. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Thibodeaux of Rayne, Shelly Thibodeaux of Rayne, Sonny Thibodeaux of Lafayette, Marsha Thibodeaux of Crowley, Marcie Thibodeaux of Mesa, AZ. and Eric Thibodeaux of Branch; and her siblings, Mylinda Foreman (Donald) of Indian Bayou, Shelton Terro (Judy) of New Iberia and Timothy Terro of Indian Bayou. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Duhon Funeral Home - Rayne (900 E Texas Ave, Rayne, LA 70578). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
