With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Elizabeth Duplechin of Rayne, Louisiana, who passed away on June 5, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Clovis Duplechin; her parents, Charles "Jack" Davis Clay and Retha Lorine Culbreath Clay; her stepgrandson Jeromy Thomas Bourque; and her siblings, Edward Clay, Haskell Clay and Thelma Clay.

She is survived by: her siblings, Veleta Clay of Albuquerque, NM, Olin Clay (Kathy) of Albuquerque, NM and Cledith Clay (Karen) of Corrales, NM; her stepdaughters, Wanda B. Ellsworth and Lorita Greene; her stepgrandchildren, Victoria Ann Castille and Brandon David Castille; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Brinley Grace Castille, Jude William James Castille, Canaan Wyatt Ellsworth and Kayleigh Nicole Burgess; her nieces, Renee Abdulghani, Noma Venable and Ashley Venable; and her brothers-in-law, Cecil Robinson (Sandra) and Wilbert Robinson.
