She is survived by: her children, Kailey Denise Futch, Kanan Dwayne Futch (Alicia Sigala) and Kaysha Danielle Lege; her grandchildren, Jersey Hebert, Karter Futch, Kolton Futch and Rhemi Futch; her father Keith Lopez (Mona Guidry Lopez); her grandparents, Russell LeBlanc and Gloria Lopez; her siblings, Joshua Leger, Amy Lopez and Kasie Smith (Shane Smith); and her stepsiblings, Gerald Thomas and Jamie Thomas.
