She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Carolyn M. Hoffpauir (Greg) of Lake Charles, Michael L. Mooney (Elizabeth) of Rayne and Danny N. Mooney (Lisa) of Rayne; her sister Johnnie B. Laing of Mer Rouge; her husband William L. "Bill" Mooney; her parents, Bertha Warren Brewton and Elmer N. Brewton, Sr.; and her brother Elmer N. Brewton. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
