He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Joseph Picard, Sr. and Mable Marie Toucheque Picard; and his brothers, Floyd Paul Picard and Calvin Joseph Picard. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hebert Picard; his children, Joni Rayshel Richard Romero (Ivy Romero), Amee Rae Picard Broussard (Jacob Broussard), Jake Colby Picard, Anthony Jackson Hebert and Aaron James Adams (Angela Creel); his grandchildren, Ilijah Romero, Oliver Broussard, Cameron Hebert, Taylor Hebert, Meagan Laughlin, Gavin Laughlin and Peyton Laughlin; his sisters, Dr. Phyllis Picard Staton and Vitus Picard Bryant; and his sisters-in-law, Nola Girard Picard and Mertice Decou Picard.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gossen Funeral Home Inc. (504 N Polk St, Rayne, LA 70578). A rosary was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gossen Funeral Home Chapel (504 N Polk St, Rayne, LA 70578).
