He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldred Bass Lewis and Louise Gwin Lewis; and his brother Ronald Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Turner Lewis of Rayne; his daughters, Elizabeth Lewis of Tyler, TX and Courtney Lewis of Tyler, TX; and his stepson Nelson Turner of Rayne. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
