He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Lantier Comeaux of Rayne; his children, David Comeaux (Rhonda) of Rayne, Jason Comeaux (Rebecca) of Mire, Andrea "Ann" Comeaux of Mire and Allison Comeaux of Mire; his grandchildren, Zachary Comeaux (Kristi), Jaelynn Comeaux, Ethan Paul Comeaux, Caleb Comeaux, Jason "Deuce" Comeaux, II, Ani Comeaux and Andrew Comeaux; his great grandchildren, Peyton Marsh, Olivia Comeaux and Johnny Comeaux; his goddaughters, Janice Farris and Paula Doucet; his sister-in-law Anabel F. Comeaux; his parents, Esta Comeaux and Arsene Hebert Comeaux; his siblings, Roe Comeaux and Rose Comeaux; his brother-in-law Fred LeBlanc; and his grandsons, Blade Leger and Ethan Comeaux. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
The family has also asked that memorial donations be made in memory of Ricks "Peter" Comeaux to Bridgeway Hospice, 2014 West Pinhook Road, Lafayette, LA.
