He was predeceased by: his wife Eunella Breaux Guidry. He is survived by: his parents, Michel Guidry and Adelicia Guidry (Leger); and his children, Michael Guidry (Brenda), Allen Keith Guidry (Mindy), Gloria Ann Bourque (Kenneth), Norris Guidry Jr. (Adelle) and Nora Aileen Lafleur. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation to The Alzheimer's Association at http://www.alz.org be made in the name of Mr. Guidry.
