He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Bert Pharr and Helena Besse Pharr; his grandson Cassidy Milton Pharr; his brother Norman Pharr; and his brother-in-law Glenn Zaunbrecher.
He is survived by: his wife Earline Taylor Pharr; his daughters, Helena Odette Pharr, Ann Marie Sackse, Suzanne Mary Armstrong and Elizabeth Pauline Woodfin (James R. Woodfin); and his sister Margaret Pharr Zaunbrecher. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
